   I'm not convinced that removing these tests for specific classes gets us anything if we don't remove the corresponding class as well.
   
   In this particular example, if we would first remove legacy yarn code and WebRuntimeMonitor, then we could remove the `AkkaJobManagerRetriever` and it's tests completely. I'm looking into both issues right now, so I'd delay this PR until then.
