Example OOo spreadsheet file for illustrating merged cells printing issue

Hi,

Issue still applies to OOo 3.3.0...

A small OOo spreadsheet testcase file is attached: just click on "Print
preview" to see that some merged cells in column A appear split across 2 pages
and the letters in the cell are also split in half (you may change the top and
bottom margin height in "Page setup" to see that depending on their values you
can get more or less merged cells split).

A "Protect merged cells" feature is missing to avoid this ugly print layout.
