I know this I don't have the rights to do it and had some other things
to do.

My locally running instance works fine, with many more languages and a
working accept suggestions feature.

Hi Jurgen,

You can add new languages on the Admin tab for Pootle. As first you
need to ensure that Pootle knows about Uyghur. Then you can add it to
the project.

If you need some more help you can drop into #pootle on freenode

Uyghur (ug) is not yet in the supported language list on the pootle
server. I have to figure out if this list can be extended. I don't know yet.

But I can send you the po files for offline usage if that helps. Please
let me know and I will prepare it...
