RDF is a standard model for data interchange on the Web.  [https://www.w3.org/RDF/]

There are multiple file formats defined for RDF data persistence and exchange. 

rdf/xml - [https://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-syntax-grammar/]

Turtle - [https://www.w3.org/TR/turtle/]

N Triples - [https://www.w3.org/TR/n-triples/]

There is value in a processor which can convert RDF data between the various standardized formats.
