Issues found with display of dates on various screens. Example:

[OFBiz: Order Manager: Edit Quote|https://localhost:8443/ordermgr/control/EditQuote]

Changes of rendering have made some fields optional, but has not been reflected correctly in the underlying FTL macro.

I'll work on this now.
