CVS at Apache

Dear Devs

The CVS has been moved to Apache. Please use

cvs -d :ext:userid@cvs.apache.org:/home/cvs checkout cocoon-lenya

Please do a new checkout and transfer whatever needs to be transfered ;-)

The HEAD branch should be default, which means you shouldn't need to type
"-r HEAD" (please correct me if I am wrong)
