where is neon-config or what should I put in it if I make my own?
The svn command to download the rapidsvn source worked very nicely.
But, the usual problems with ./configure pop up...
jerry@linux:~>cd rapidsvn
jerry@linux:~/rapidsvn>./configure
....
checking Neon... ./configure: line 1: neon-config: command not found not found
configure: error: Neon is required. Try --with-neon-config.
...
But, neon-config is not on my system:
jerry@linux:~/rapidsvn> locate neon
...

There is probably a neon-devel RPM that you are missing; that probably has
neon-config, as well as the headers...

In SuSE 9.0, you need the neon-devel rpm:
$ pin neon-config
...
./CD4/suse/i586/neon-devel-0.23.9-73.i586.rpm: -rwxr-xr-x root root
1703 Sep 23 20:28 /usr/bin/neon-config
