Previously in 5.1.2 version of trafficserver, running 'traffic_line -c' in a node will clear all statistics on that node. However, in 5.2.0 version of trafficserver, running 'traffic_line -c' won't clear any statistics. The same issue can be found in 5.3.0. 

I believe there's no usage change for this command, as it is still documented in  traffic_line's command reference guide (https://docs.trafficserver.apache.org/en/latest/reference/commands/traffic_line.en.html)
