[doc] links in misc. emails

1. How can we change the FAQ pointer, a signature on cocoon-user emails,
to point to the new FAQ location:
   http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/faq/

2. Could we add links to the Bugzilla and Patch How-Tos within
the autogenerated PATCH QUEUE email? If so, here is some
proposed language.

------------------------patch HOWTO------------------------
Send patches to http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/
specifying [PATCH] in the summary.
For more information on submitting a patch, read:
http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/howto/howto-patch.html
Bugzilla sends a mail automatically to this list.
Reviewers will mark it FIXED there when applied.
Patches not sent to Bugzilla will not be reviewed.
For more information on using Bugzilla, read:
http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/howto/howto-bugzilla.html

Hmmm, I really don't know. You might want to ask to apmail@apache.org
(which is the people taking care of the ASF mail infrastructure)

I think Ken knows how to do this.
