[RESULT][VOTE] Metron Release Candidate 0.4.2-RC2

The vote has, obviously, passed. Including my +1, the voting was:
4 binding +1’s
3 non-binding +1’s
no 0’s
no -1’s.

Release process is underway and will be announced to dev@ and user@ lists.
Regards,
--Matt
