Tomcat3.1 Test Environment for VAJ

Thanks to Sheldon Wosnick for providing the Apache Tomcat Test 
Environment for VisualAge for Java (or at least a description of it). 

I wonder, however, about the understandable) version gap between 
Tomcat3.2 development and a Test Environment targeted at Tomcat3.1. Does 
the gap matter?
