Testing of hbase-0.2.0-candidate-1

I've just finished running a 4-thread sequentialWrite test on four remote machines.  I examined the UI, the shell, and the logs - all appeared normal and consistent.  As far as I can see, this release candidate (hbase-0.2.0-candidate-1) looks good.
