deleting / creating styles

Hi all,

does anyone know how to delete a HSSFCellStyle object from the styles collection
of a workbook.
Or if it is somehow possible to add a self-created HSSFCellStyle to the
collection, instead of
using workbook.createCellStyle(). I just need a little bit more control over the
styles.

Another question but the same issue, what is the maximum limitation for the
number of styles contained in a workbook?
