Implement an [adapter|https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adapter_pattern], which adapts the ExecutionGraph to the InputsLocationsRetriever interface.

*Acceptance criteria*
 * The adapter always reflects an up to date view of the ExecutionGraph state
