Too much CPU consumption by system processes

Hi,

We are submitting about 20 Flink Jobs on a standalone cluster with 3 nodes
(JM and TM on each) and see some problems with CPU consumption by system
processes (yellow part on graph). Each node has about 2500 threads
simultaneously.

1 node characteristics:
- 9 CPU / 40 Gb RAM
- OS Debian 10 Buster
- kernel 5.10.142-1

Also attach the results of perf top.

Any ideas why this behavior occurs?
