[Bug 3573] New: New regression test for SSL in spamc/spamd

http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3573

Summary: New regression test for SSL in spamc/spamd
           Product: Spamassassin
Version: SVN Trunk (Latest Devel Version)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P5
         Component: Regression Tests
        AssignedTo: spamassassin-dev@incubator.apache.org
        ReportedBy: sidney@sidney.com

After seeing bug 3527 and bug 3569 I put together this regression test that
would have caught them, to make sure that spamc and spamd can work over SSL.
This uses the new information about SSL added in the spamc -V and spamd
--version output for bug 3571, testing it to set a flag in SATest.pm.

I've got two attachments. One is a zip file containing the new test
t/spamd_ssl.t, a test key and the matching test self-signed certificate.

The other attachment is a diff of SATest.pm that conditionally sets
$SSL_AVAILABLE for use by the test case.
