    This also removes the last reference to log4j, meaning all code now uses only slf4j.

> log-level-page in logviewer is a page that no one ever links too.  And even if they did it no longer works because we use logback instead of log4j.  What is more it only changes the log level for the logviewer process, which is not that useful.
