Sadly we don't have any models in opennlp-tools checked in. We will try to fix this now. The idea is get some models build under AL 2.0 and those can then also be used as test resource.

We are trying to make a release again now, so if you have the code ready lets try to get it into the next release.

What you can do is writing an eval (opennlp.tools.eval in test src dir) there you can access the sf models.

I usually run that like this:
mvn test -DOPENNLP_DATA_DIR=/home/blue/opennlp-data-dir

The expected contents of that dir is explained in the javadoc of
SourceForgeModelEval
