Master is broken due to :clean failure on Windows(?)
Hello,
Would anybody mind helping me to figure out what is causing the
"master" build to fail on Jenkins[1], please?

The file mentioned is a license or notice file from something.

Actually, my thinking - being that this is windows - is that something is accessing the file in question preventing it from being deleted.

Looks like there's an issue with one of the pom.xml files. Possibly
related to log4j-bom not being updated with some recent changes to the
project structure?
