Documentation
I think the Apache docs should be available as a tar, or included in the
distribution. There's nothing more irritating than not being able to see the
docs coz your Internet link is down, you're somewhere that hasn't _got_ an
Internet link, your proxy is broken or whatever.

ftp://hyperreal.com/apache/docs.tar
or even
ftp://hyperreal.com/apache.tar
if you want the whole thing. This utilizes the one feature FTP has over
Apache still - server-side compression/decompression/tarring.
