> NIFI-8295 upgraded the Datastax Cassandra driver to version 3.11.0. However this causes issues when connecting to an Azure CosmosDB instance. I believe this to be related to [https://datastax-oss.atlassian.net/browse/JAVA-2924] where CosmosDB may not have the same protocol negotiation capability as the 3.11.0 driver.
> After reviewing the release notes for 3.11.0 and testing with 3.10.2, I recommend downgrading the driver version to 3.10.2 for maximum compatibility. The driver can be re-upgraded at a later date when the issue(s) are resolved.
