Feature Models do not support run modes as each FM is a single, fixed configuration.

There are two ways to handle this:

1. create a single FM for a given set of Run Modes.

2. provide a set of target configurations and then have for each of them a set of runmodes that build up each configuration (Sling oak_tar is for example build up of these runmodes: :standalone and oak_tar).
