Two Log Entries for one request (Observed this behavior when response code is 403 & 502)

Problem statement: why ATS (4.2.1.1) recording 2 log entries (with
different response header and body sizes, content types) when it sent 403
response (also observed same behavior with 502 response, but not with 404
though) .Packet capture at ATS cache showed the end user only sent one
request and got only one error response
