Making a room available to the public via an invitation or a link ?
Hi everyone,
I'm currently testing OpenMeeting. I don't have a server to install it
yet so I can't test and configure it by myself.
I would like to know whether it is possible to configure OpenMeeting in
a way that the speaker can send an invitation or a link to people so
that they can come to the webinar without having to create an account ?
Thanks,
Jocelyn

Yes to only question I was able to find
Yes it it is possible to send invitation to external attendees, so they
don't need to enter password of register to participate
Here is the guide recently created
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OPENMEETINGS/OpenMeetings+5+Manual
But I was unable to read it (not emough free time)
