Trouble configuring

I installed soap into tomat and am getting the following error

D:\soap>java samples.addressbook.GetAllListings
http://localhost/soap/servlet/rp
crouter
Caught SOAPException (SOAP-ENV:Client): A
'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envel
ope/:Fault' element must contain a: 'faultcode' element.


Anyone know what's wrong?
