Opening JIRA issue for SO_LINGERING behaviour

Hi

I was considering opening a JIRA issue for the SO_LINGERING problem
mentioned in this thread as the behaviour is different for Windows and
Linux.

http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/directory-mina-dev/200608.mbox/browser

page 2
"Issue with disconnection and ioSession.close().join()"

Is it ok?

Thx.

Hi Frederic,

Thank you for reminding this issue. I almost forgot it; that's why we need
an issue tracker.

Sure. You don't need to ask us about opening an issue. If you think it's
an issue, then you can always open it. :)

BTW this misnatch of behaviors between Linux and Windows could be resolved
by disabling SO_LINGER just before calling channel.close(). WDYT?
