The netware mpm docs have been updated to reflect that it's there mostly for
historical reference. All links to novell.com have been converted to just text
- not links.

Well, sort of. The Doxygen issue is still there, and I started a thread here
-https://lists.apache.org/thread/j28xjzvpc2pzbpq34slxktnktj54ckmh - it's not
really a documentation issue, and I don't know how to proceed on it.
