Continuum on vmbuild has been upgraded to 1.3.3-SNAPSHOT r774495 and builds seem to be working now.

The underlying issue was http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CONTINUUM-2219 Project SCM Root is not created when migrating from 1.2.x to 1.3.x without using a data management tool

Stefan, I assume you're interested in Directory?   I forced a build of the group and at this point it has successfully built 6 projects with 2 in progress.
