[jira] Commented: (CASSANDRA-257) Eliminate thrift warnings

Jonathan Ellis commented on CASSANDRA-257:
------------------------------------------

In my mind the whole reason we are doing 0.3 is to have a stable branch where we don't go tweaking minor things. We can fix showstopper bugs but for the most part it's all about stability.

> Running "thrift --gen py cassandra.thrift" produces a bunch of warnings.
> These go away when there's a field key for the params in the interface definitions.
> This is fixed in trunk, but seems to have escaped 0.3.
