availibility of installation patch to 1.3.4

It seems Ralf contributed a patch to solve the incompatible installation
problem with apache. Great.

Maybe the patch could be made available in the yet to be created patch
directory for 1.3.4?

Maybe a patched distribution (1.3.4.1/1.3.5) could be made available?

These are suggestions to make apache 1.3.4 not to break every installation
around the world;-)
