[FYI] fisheye.apache.org can be wrong

Hi,

fisheye.apache.org can be sometimes wrong when you want to grab a patch

Consider

http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1824805

and

https://fisheye.apache.org/rdiff/ofbiz?csid=1824805&u&N

I did not get into details and will not report to Infra because it's not maintained by Infra IIRW so it's just FYI
