To tweak the original request:  Maybe what we actually want is two separate
rules indicating whether the sender's domain has A and MX.  NO_DNS_FOR_FROM
would then be the logical union of those two rules while comment 0 essentially
wants to key on just the MX variant.  (This is basically what RW said in
comment 3.)

I'm particularly interested in something like __NO_MX_FOR_FROM && !SPF_PASS and
similar types of rules.
