make cross give errors

Hello all,
I tried to run 'sudo make -k cross' in newly forked thrift source. But this
fails with [1] as output. But the fork I had at [2] runs 'make cross' fine
and executes test.sh properly. I tried in both Ubuntu 12.04 and Ubuntu
13.04. I have all the requirements mentioned in [3]. Can some body please
check this with a new clone? Am I missing something?
