[C1]Xinclude and XSP in XSL..HELP PLZ!!

Dear all,
i'm using cocoon 1.8.2 with apache Jserv 2.0,
i'm trying to use XSP with Xinclude in .XSL file.

once i put the processing instruction of xsp before
the Xinclude, no error message, but no page is
included, and when i put it after the Xinclude, only
one page is included...
i don't know what kind of problem is that....

i've spent almost 2 days trying to figure it out, but
i couldn't would you help me please, and if you need
any more explanation please ask.
