Namespace-gunk

Hi There,
I am adding XMLSignature to a SOAP message. I see namespaces defined in
parent elements are being copied to every child element which
automatically inherit the namespaces from its parents. I have attached
the SOAP message and its Signed counterpart. Is there a way to avoid
adding namespace declration on child elements or to avaoid the SOAP
message to change?
