Added a patch for the trunk (1.6-SNAPSHOT)

With the 1.6-SNAPSHOT version I had do make some additional adaptions:

1. embed `java-libpst`: looks like as this was added after the 1.5 release

2. exclude the import of `org.junit` because of the following exception

It is unexpected to have a runtime dependency on `org.junit.*`. Someone more familiar with the code should have a look at this. If fixed the `!org.junit,` should be deleted from `Import-Package` 

3. `commons-io` is no longer a dependency of `toka-parsers` so I removed it from the list of embedded modules.
