Help to unsubscribe to poi-use list....

Can someone help me get unsubscribed ?

I have sent 4 emails to 'poi-user-unsubscribe@jakarta.apache.org' since
5/27/04, no luck.

I have even tried 'poi-user-help@jakarta.apache.org' to unsubscribe....no
luck there either.
