[TinkerPop3] No more has()….has() in Gremlin-Java.

Hi,

I was like "huh" and now you no longer have to type your Element with has() and hasNot() in Gremlin-Java.

g.V().has("name","josh").outE().has("weight",gt,0.2).inV().has("lang","java").values("name")
// ripple
// lop
