   The documentation includes two add-on sections, there is a dedicated [`add-ons.adoc`](https://deltaspike.apache.org/addons.html) page, but there is also an ["Add-ons" section in the `external.adoc`](https://deltaspike.apache.org/external.html#_add_ons) page.
   
   This PR just proposes to merge them together so that all add-on documentation is centralized.
   
   As a user of the library, I would be unlikely to find further add-on information in `external.adoc` as I would assume all add-on information would be encapsulated by the dedicated add-ons page.

   An alternate approach to this PR could be to move the docs over, but instead of removing the "Add-ons" heading entirely from `external.adoc`, a link to the dedicated add-ons page could be placed to retain the reference, without splitting the information.
