axis-c: JIRA server connections problem

Hi

When trying to check out a bug for axis c, I got the following response from

http://issues.apache.org/jira/
Bad Gateway
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

Any idea why I got this error...My web broser works fine for all site
around!!
