What does your file ${src}/com/neurosim/bsim/FBsim_AboutBox.java.template look 
like? 

Also, I recommend using nested <filterset> for <copy> rather than the global 
<filter> task - its cleaner and less prone to screwing up other files with 
<copy> by accident.
