I have a similar problem with 4.1.1 on MS Windows 8. If I insert a new table
with a few rows and columns, then use either "tab" at the end of a row or the
"insert row" button or the menu choice to add a row, after a few inserts,
Writer becomes unresponsive and then crashes.
