Htdbm manual
Hi,
Attempt to make a htdbm utility manual.

It's in site-tools/man2html
But I warn you, don't look at it on a full stomach. It's VERY ugly.
It takes nroff output and converts it to html. You still need to manually
remove page breaks and the like.

Can we _start_ this from a man page entry? We have [historically] autogenerated
the support tree's docs from their man page sources.
The man page would be goodness anyways, but [once we figure out the right tool]
it allows us to assure they are in sync, and good.
