system reboots when using in a minimized command line console

1. Start tomcat using startup.bat
2. Minimize tomcat console
3. Do either of the following:
   a) Request http://localhost:8080/ using Internet Explorer, or
   b) Stop tomcat using shutdown.bat (from either another console or double-
clicking)
4. PC resets and reboots

This problem exists in 4.0 and 4.01. If the tomcat console window has focus, 
this problem does not occur.
