Description:
The configurator doesn't use "-Dorg.apache.cocoon.settings=test" as explained by the docs. If we have in applicationContext.xml
runningMode="demo", then this will be used in all cases (if we specify a system property or not).
Additionally, properties are not read from directories like the documentation says.
