I looked at the apache.org rsync logs, and your mirror ;
I think your cronjob is bad ; each day, for some hours,
you rsync every minute :

Please check your cronjob ; it probably starts with '*' (which means 'every minute').
Please change that to a number between 0 and 59 (the minute in the hour, when
your cronjob runs) ; soon.
