Running Apache 2.0.52 PHP 4.3.6, WinXP Pro SP2.

Submit a request to the server from various places of an application and 
receive the Windows error report window .

Error signature szAppName: Apahe.exe szAppVer: 2.0.52 szModName: ntdll.dll
szModVer: 5.1.2500.2180 offset : 000106c3

I've seen various bugs where this problem may have previously existed and 
repaired, but don't know what the soultion may be.

error.log contents

Have identical installation of Apache and PHP running on Windows 2000 
Professional SP3 and no problems.

I'll try to supply any additional information that is requested but not a real 
technical individual.
