The download page http://hadoop.apache.org/releases.html currently links to dist.apache.org for KEYS, hashes and sigs.
However dist.a.o is only intended as a developer staging area; it is not intended for the general public to use.
Please change the links to use
https://www.apache.org/dist/hadoop/common/KEYS
etc. instead.
Note that https should always be used for the KEYS, hashes and sigs.
