   ### What
   
   `DLQResendRequestDTO` carries a time-range resend of dead-letter messages. It had no test. This adds 3 tests.
   
   ### What is pinned
   
   - a **minimal resend only needs the instance and the group** — the time range and the target topic are optional filters;
   - the instance and the group **are required** (blank counts as missing);
   - the optional filters round-trip through the builder.
   
   ### Verification
   
   - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean.
   - Discriminating mutation: the `groupName` constraint message drifted (red).
   - Restored: 3/3 green. Test-only change; no product code touched.
