[VOTE] Release Apache ManifoldCF SharePoint 2010 Plugin 0.3 RC0

Please vote whether to release a new version of the Apache ManifoldCF
SharePoint 2010 Plugin, version 0.3, RC0.

The artifact can be located at:

http://people.apache.org/~kwright/apache-manifoldcf-sharepoint-2010-plugin-0.3

There is also an SVN tag at:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/manifoldcf/integration/sharepoint-2010/tags/release-0.3-RC0

This release of the plugin removes the requirement that the
MCPermissions.asmx service be able to communicate with SharePoint's
Permissions.asmx service. This communication has turned out to be
problematic in the field under certain SharePoint configurations.  It also
obtains a base site handle in a way that works properly on AWS SharePoint
installations.

Vote will remain open at least 72 hours.
